Step 1: Initial Consultation
A chance to connect, ask questions, and explore the support you are looking for through different stages of hormone health and wellbeing. Whether you are navigating menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause, menopause, stress, fatigue, sleep challenges, or simply wanting to feel more balanced, this session allows us to discuss your experiences, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we will outline the areas you would like to focus on and decide on the best first session for you.
Step 2: First Session Options
Online (Up to 1 hour) A deep-dive consultation designed to explore your hormone health, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, movement, and overall wellbeing. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalised wellbeing plan that supports your body through your current stage of life, with practical and realistic strategies that can be incorporated into everyday routines from the comfort of your own home.
In-Person (Up to 1.5 hours)
A full wellbeing and hormone health check-in designed to help you better understand your body and current health. Smart health scale and Omron measurements provide insight into areas such as visceral fat, hydration, muscle mass, and blood pressure, helping to create a clear picture of your overall wellbeing.
By establishing a baseline, you’ll be able to track meaningful progress over time. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan focused on supporting your energy, balance, confidence, and long-term wellbeing in a way that fits your lifestyle.
Step 3: Our Journey Together
Our journey doesn’t end after the first session — this is where meaningful and lasting change begins. With optional 6-weekly check-ins, in-app support, and ongoing guidance, you’ll have continued support throughout the different stages of your wellbeing journey. Together, we’ll review your progress, adapt your plan as your needs change, and support you in building sustainable habits that help you feel more connected, balanced, and empowered in everyday life.
