Offerings
Welcome to Balance with Samantha, I believe what I am able to offer is more than movement and 'wellness' it is a way to find calm, restore balance, and reconnect with who we are. It is a space where you can show up just as you are, without pressure or expectation.
To me, 'wellness' means practising healthy habits on a daily basis to achieve better physical and mental health. It also means remembering that it is okay not to be okay sometimes. It is about doing what works for you. My intention is to keep learning, growing, and sharing so I can support both myself and others in finding balance, in whatever way that looks for each of us.

Yoga
Yoga is my first love and the reason Balance with Samantha exists. Teaching is something I once dreamed of and is now a daily reality, something I never take for granted.
My hope is to create a welcoming space where you can come as you are, take a breath and make time for yourself. Through movement, stillness and connection, I invite you to explore what feels right for your body and move at your own pace.

Nutrition Consultations
The name balance resonates with me on so many levels, and I’m sure with so many of you. Nutrition is fascinating, and I am happy that I can offer Nutrition consultations and packages alongside movement. Or maybe a guided, hands on meal prep experience, where we prepare nourishing meals together in your own kitchen. This isn’t about strict plans or perfection, but about creating realistic structure, supporting your energy and digestion, and building confidence around food so balance feels achievable in everyday life.

Women's Health
I specialise in women’s health, offering informed, holistic support through every stage of life from Menstrual Health and Fertility, through Pregnancy and Postnatal recovery, to Perimenopause and Menopause. My work is grounded in qualifications, evidence-based CPD, lived experience and a belief that every woman deserves access to clear, empowering information to understand and support her hormones with confidence.

Meditation / Breathwork
Meditation and Breathwork sessions designed to support everyday wellbeing, helping you manage stress, improve focus, regulate emotions, and create moments of calm within busy daily life. Rather than being something separate from your routine, these practices can be integrated into work, parenting, leadership, sleep routines, fitness, and self-care to help you feel more grounded and balanced.

Retreats
My yoga retreats offer space for your mind, body and soul. A space to step away from everyday demands, soften the pace and make time for yourself.
Through mindful movement, breathwork and moments of stillness, you are invited to reconnect with your body and explore what you need. There is space to rest, reflect and connect with others, alongside quiet moments that are yours alone.
Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome just as you are. Move at your own pace, rest when you need to, and let yourself enjoy the experience without pressure or expectation.

Community Collaborations
I am deeply passionate about building a community where we can connect, share what inspires us and support one another through life’s different seasons. A space to feel included, explore new interests and build meaningful friendships.
Through shared experiences, events and opportunities to learn from one another, I hope to bring people together in ways that feel uplifting and purposeful. Giving back is also close to my heart, and I look forward to finding ways we can support charities and causes that matter to our community.

Tropic Ambassador
Tropic brings together freshly made natural skincare, makeup and body care with a thoughtful approach to beauty. Its vegan and cruelty-free products are created using sustainably sourced, naturally derived ingredients, with a commitment to ethical practices and caring for the environment. Tropic also donates 10% of its profits to charity, helping to make a positive difference with every purchase.
I am passionate about helping people make informed choices about what they put on their skin, including understanding ingredients that may interfere with our hormones, known as endocrine disruptors. This interest is part of my wider approach to wellbeing and caring for ourselves and the environment.
